Motivation, performance, reliability and partnership - meeting all of these demands is not easy - it is a real challenge. That is why we choose one event or one person each year that embodies these four characteristics in an exceptional way.

For 2011, we have chosen the charismatic speed climbers Alexander and Thomas Huber - better know as the "Huberbuam" ("Huber boys" in Bavarian dialect). Both brothers not only fit into our concept very well, but also do a good job of conveying their enthusiasm.

With their exciting and inspiring lectures on the topic of maximum performance, they will enrich our events throughout the entire year - for example, with their "Career-Mountain Analogy". The Huberbuam are the living proof that with self-confidence and willpower, it is possible to surpass oneself again and again.
